Because the number of special-rate rooms in each hotel is limited, early reservations are advised.  The hotel rates given are for single or double occupancy.  They are subject to applicable tax (14.5% sales tax in the District of Columbia).  Room confirmations will be made within 24 hours via email or 5-7 days if making a fax or regular mail request.  All room reservations require a credit card to process your reservation.

To obtain the Washington 2006 special show rates, reservations must be made via one of the following methods.  The special Washington 2006 rate is not available by directly contacting the hotels listed.

• The Internet hotel reservation system. This system can be reached on-line through this hot link or the one at the top of the page.
• Complete and fax or mail this Hotel Reservation Form (PDF File).  This form must be received no later than April 26, 2006.  If you cannot download this form, you may request a copy using our Washington 2006 contact address.  Use the telephone number or address indicated on the form.
• No telephone reservations will be accepted directly by any of the hotel properties for the special lower Washington 2006 hotel rates.

To avoid a cancellation fee, a cancellation must be made by March 27, 2006.  Cancellations received between March 28, and May 12, 2006 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.  If you cancel after May 12th, you must do so directly with the hotel and be charged a fee according to the individual hotel policy.
