This frame and vignette (enlarged) is a stylized version
of the U.S. 1894 regular issue postage stamp series. It can
be found on specially produced souvenir cards exclusively
for Washington 2006 members as a "thank you" for their
contribution. The central vignette depicts the Capitol
building in Washington and will always be printed in black.
The "3" denomination represents member year 2003, and was
changed to the number "4" for 2004's card, and so on. The
frame color will be different for cards from 2003 to 2006.
