Information, Hotels, DC Sightseeing, Awards, Founders'
Cabinet, Vendors, GREX, and the IREX.
To begin establishing the Washington
DC philatelic milieu, the Bulletin includes an
illustrated article on Street Cars and the Mail in
Washington, DC by Douglas N. Clark. This
delightful account relates the street car Railway Post
Office system in and around DC from 1895 to 1913.
